Shipping Policy

Thank you so much for supporting my small shop! I use FedEx for reliable and trackable shipping on all orders. 

Process Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2-4 business days. During peak seasonal drops or holidays, please allow a bit of extra time as I'm one-person team working hard to get everything out quickly and carefully. 

Shipping Methods and Rates

All packages are shipped via FedEx from Nashville, Tennessee. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your package is on its way!

Note to Nashville customers, if you are a Nashville resident within 15 miles of my location, I am happy to deliver to you so you can avoid delivery fees!

Domestic Shipping Only

At this time, I only ship within the United States and will not be accepting orders outside the United States. 

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package is handed off to FedEx, delays are unfortunately out of my control. Please reach out to FedEx directly for updates on delivery. If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, feel free to contact me, and I'll do my best to help.
